Rest Stop - Dunkin Donuts
This is just a quick stop to talk about something I heard about on the news in the last couple of days. I mention this because there is a new Dunkin' Donuts going in just a couple of miles from my house. Dunkin' Donuts is introducing a new breakfast sandwich. It is called "Doughnut Bacon Sandwich". The good thing about it is it only has 360 calories. Not bad. I might have to have one after I get through my journey But then on the other hand I probably will not have one.

ACK! No! Don't do it! Even when it is allowed on your eating plan. Nasty, nothing healthy, no good waste of chewing and calories! Get rid of anything with the ingredient 'donut' in it. Picture this: you start putting that unhealthy sandwich to your mouth and out of the corner of your eye you see a figure (materializing out of nowhere) moving in your direction at Mach II and just as the dreadful donut sandwich reaches your lips, your sister (aka: dreaded donut sandwich destroyer) swats the freaking thing out of your hands and across the room with such force it almost knocks you off your chair and you take a bite of air in the aftermath! Okay.....so I have watched a few too many commercials in my life...but you get my point. Teach your amygdala to get fired up over a treat that is less toxic but still delicious. I love you more and more even though there is less and less of you to love!
