This blog is now going to be my vision board. It will contain information about diet and exercise along with cartoons and other things that I chose to post here as I go along this journey.

There are some recipes on this page but most of them can be found under the healthy recipe tab on my main page.

Rest Stop - Chicken Recipe

Just thought I would share an article I read today concerning sugar... Young U.S. adults are consuming more added sugars in their food and drinks than older - and apparently wiser - folks, according to a new government report.  Read more ..... http://
bit.ly/10tDc9D  I found this interesting due to the fact I work in the kitchens of the local school district.  We are supposedly trying to feed the kids healthier but I think we are missing the boat big time.  But then we can expect the school system to be totally responsible for teaching kids to eat better, parents need to get on board and feed the kids healthier at home.  One thing I have learned through this is I have been very guilty of consuming a great deal of extra sugar.  It has been 24 days since I have had any sugar and surprisingly I did not have a lot of with drawls.

I wanted to post this recipe for chicken also.  I just omit the tomato paste to keep it within the Repairvite guidelines.  Check it out at  http://
