I found this interesting due to the fact I work in the kitchens of the local school district. We are supposedly trying to feed the kids healthier but I think we are missing the boat big time. But then we can expect the school system to be totally responsible for teaching kids to eat better, parents need to get on board and feed the kids healthier at home. One thing I have learned through this is I have been very guilty of consuming a great deal of extra sugar. It has been 24 days since I have had any sugar and surprisingly I did not have a lot of with drawls.
